James David has written a collection of very powerful songs and continues to write more. His lyrics are fresh and creative dealing with an artful blend of romantic, spiritual and soul call metaphorical types as well as straightforward statements embracing interpersonal and social issues. He feels that the lyric is what makes the song work and conveys to the listener the energy and power behind the spoken word.
James’ CD entitled “Intimacy” was released in the fall of 1999 and was aired on radio nation wide, Which awarded him full-fledged membership in ASCAP.
James performs three songs written by the music industry famous "Billy Steinberg"Billy Steinberg . One song, an acoustic/vocal recording by James entitled "Fearless", has been aired in New York City.
