Artist description
Middle-aged rural-dwelling post-hippie computer geek folk rockers, we still have an axe to grind with the System, and we know how to handle an axe, and keep it sharp...We're a traditional two guitars, bass and drums, but we make use of MIDI tracks often, because the drummer lives in Montreal, a three hour drive away, and the guitar player lives across the Ottawa River in Ontario - the Fostex FD-8 is our time machine; it conquers the limitations of space and time. |

Artist History
Formed as a weekend barband in 1973, played all around the Ottawa Valley, a mixture of obvious and unexpected covers, plus original tunes - recorded one single, most of the copies burned in a hotel fire. Regrouped 23 years later, to play at a benefit for an injured neighbour - it felt right, so we continued to get together as often as distance would allow. |
