Artist History Amortis was founded in 1994 as a Death Metal band called "Penetralia". With the help of two new members the musical style started to change into a more melodic and complex way. After releasing two demos (A Kiss from the Dusk '97) and (Memories of an Ancient Time..'98) the band got into touch with the German label "Last Episode Records". After some delays the debut CD "Summoned by Astral Fires" is now out containing 60 minutes of dramatic intense Black/Dark/Gothic Metal.
