Artist History
Frontman Brandon Founded DIE SECTION in late 1998 under the name "STITCH VICTIM"
Soon in 1999 it became DIE SECTION but didn't get into gear until 2000 when Brad joined in on drums.
Throughout it's different lineups DIE SECTION flourished for the next two years and got farther than most unsigned bands can dream of. National and Internaional exposure was acquired as well as a large fanbase throughout the United States and the Rest of the world as well.
DIE SECTION opened for vanilla ice, crossbreed, from zero, sinisstar, onesidezero, nocturne, soil, soulfly, static-x, and tinfed among others.
Sadly in 2002 DIE SECTION was put to rest by Brandon and Brad, as they decided to modify it into another band, [zeropointzero] |

Press Reviews
"One of the best Industrial Bands I've ever heard, right up there with Skinny Puppy and BILE!!!"-streetteam.net"Kick-ass techno-metal...not for pussies..."-DEAD SKIN FACTOR, "Keep an eye out for a new industrial/techno/metal band, DIE SECTION!!"-Harder Beat, "Our goals would be to unite fans of techno, hip hop, death metal, hardcore metal, and other genres in a way that no band has yet to do..." Die Section could do it, too. I have never been a fan of the industrial music I have heard in the past, because, frankly, it didn't have any balls (at least the stuff I heard). Die Section has some balls. Some of their songs would be equally accepted on a dance floor or in front of a crowd of long-haired metalheads, while others cater more specificly to one of those two crowds. They maintain diversity without alienating anyone, though, which is what makes them so cool. I hate techno and dance music, but I like every song Die Section has on Mp3.com. At the same time, I am sure there are Die Section fans out there who hate most metal, but still love this very metal industrial band. I am just sorry it took me this long to get them on the site." the DTS UNDERGROUND Dressed in full body jumpers, Die Section soon garnered attention of the entire crowd with their spectacular and addicting presence. Based on groove laden beats with underlying samples and sequences, Die Section has got a good thing going. This four piece band fronted by Brandon Slagle should be heard by all. Psychomatic, defined by militant snare whacks on top of fast, trippy electronic beats in full hardcore fashion, was one true example that there is a place for the mixtures of both heavy rock and electronics, and that it's often times more interesting than other forms of rock due to it's complexity and willingness to experiment.
Every guy in this band holds his own, always at the level of each other and always intense. The heavy industrial groove spawned by KMFDM, NIN, and Ministry combined with hardcore influences like Pantera and electronic music are awesome. Frontman Brandon has just as much stage presence as Marilyn Manson and them some-DALLASMUSIC.COM Deadsy,DIE SECTION, and Static-X -WAYNE STATIC(Static-X) when asked what his favorite up and coming bands were.
