Tom Donovan - vocals, guitar & songwriter.
Tom spent five years touring as the front man of Solar Circus. Solar Circus has been called “the hottest thing to come out of the Northeast since Phish” by North Carolina’s Mountain Times. A hectic touring schedule coupled with numerous appearances in Relix Magazine have brought his songs and voice to the attention of the countless legions of Grateful Dead fans via three internationally released CD’s on Relix Records. He has performed in forty states and Europe. At San Francisco’s Warfield Theater, New York City’s Irving Plaza and just about everywhere in between. Vogue magazine dubbed his song Stems & Seeds “the stoner’s anthem” and it has been used in the sound track of the motion picture “Tie Died - Rock & Roll’s Most Dedicated Fans” which is now in mass distribution on video and on cable TV. Bruce Springsteen has performed with Tom on several of his songs. Tom has also worked with members of the Allman Brothers, The Grateful Dead, God Street Wine, Joan Osborne, The Spin Doctors, Widespread Panic, The Band, Aquarium Rescue Unit, Hot Tuna among others.
