Artist History Formed in 1998, Romeo Retarded quickly became one of the city’s favorite bands, developing an early fan base. But wanting more, Romeo hit the road and toured the summer of 1999 to promote their first album. The tour was a success, except for the problems with their infamous little yellow tour bus. After spending weeks in the studio, the four piece finally put the finishing touches on their second album “Nintendo Week”, and hit the road once again for their second tour in the summer of 2000. Yet again, all went extremely well, and their fan base started growing drastically in the east coast.
