    Artist description
    Rikers Island is a collaborative project featuring programmer Andrew Coates (Black cab, ex-Foil) guitarist James Lee (Stereomatic, The Beautiful Few, ex-Foil), bassist Easy Andy (Stereomatic), and vocalist Lil (Droplet).
    Music Style
    Rikers Island create groove-laden electronic soundscapes with washes of guitar and driving basslines.

    This project is ongoing, and features occasional forays into the studio to put down sounds which are later crafted into full tracks in mixdown and pre-production. The 'Girl' ep tracks have been in development for almost 2 years. Hope you think it was worth it!
