Artist History
Elisabeth Carlisle's musical background comes from growing up in the Santa Cruz Mountains of California, an area known to appreciate music and the arts. Her flair for songwriting, combined with a natural gift of musical ability, has guided her to produce an amazing collection of songs. "No Worries" provides you with music to live by, not just listen to. After acquiring her degree in music from U.C. Santa Barbara, Elisabeth toured abroad as a pianist/singer in Sweden, Norway and Japan. She spent the summer of '98 touring with Meredith Brooks, opening in such cities as Luxembourg, Vienna, and Las Vegas. She appeared on stage with Meredith at the Euro Fests and Lilith as a guest singer. She has toured the South and Northwest promoting "No Worries", including the MP3.COM Technology Tour with Goo Goo Dolls and Tonic. She has been a Spotlight Artist for MP3.COM as well as one of their top 100 artists on the "Top Stars of MP3.COM" compilation CD. Both "Silver Clouds" and "Crazy Little Trip" have hit #1 on their genre charts. Current songs are being written and recorded for a CD due to be released in the Spring of 2002. Her single, "I Can't Tell You", is available exclusively through MP3.COM and is the first song to be featured from the new CD. |
