    Artist History
Formed in 1993, played sold out shows through '94 and '95. Banned from most North Bay venues due to crowd enthusiasm. Released a 5-song, 4-track demo recorded in LLLs basement in 1994 (Fierce Demo). Recorded a 9-song, studio album (Fierce) in 1995--this recording was never officially released and the band broke up partly as a result of this. BR reunited and played a packed bar in Oct 1999, and were promptly banned from playing there again. The band started receiving offers to play gigs in North Bay and Ottawa and decided to record some new songs for the occasion (Terror).

    Press Reviews
"Brigade Rosse was the final band to play. They offered the youthful crowd a variety of punk songs... The band wooed the dancing crowd with free t-shirts between songs. They invited members of the audience to come onto the stage to sing. It was obvious the trio were relaxed and enjoying what they were doing. This was by far one of Brigade Rosse's finest performances." - Gig Magazine (Oct.1994) "Brigade Rosse was your very basic acid rock... The crowd, for some reason, loved this act. They rushed the stage, took over the vocals, slammed into the band members and stage dived. Interesting to watch to say the least." - Slin Roller (Jul.1994)
