    Artist History
Black Cab is the first major solo project of ex-Foil vocalist and programmer Andrew Coates. Black Cab's music is a combination of wild technology, electric and acoustic guitars and fat-ass drums and drum loops. The forthcoming Illinois Chapter e.p. charts a monstrous journey through 1970’s biker culture. The recording was made at Railway Lane and Toyland studios in Melbourne, Australia in Dec. 1998.
    Group Members
Brainchild of programmer and vocalist Andrew Coates (ex-Foil and also behind programmed groove outfit Rikers Island), the recording features special guest appearances by James Lee (Stereomatic, The Beautiful Few, ex-Foil), Easy Andy (Stereomatic), Sleazy Sam (Stereomatic), Andrew McCubbin (solo artist, Lamia), Steve Law (Zen Paradox, Mr Suspicious).
