Artist History Anish the band began in January 1998, and are currently based in Swindon.The Band was formed by Guitarist and Songwriter, Andy Skittrall, who met Anish Harrison through another project. The voice of Anish and music from Andy found common ground, and Ian Styles and Philip Legende were brought on board. The band was then called Anish, the name of the singer. The Story so Far....., The Band have performed extensively at Venues around the South West of England over the last two and a half years, performing thier own material laced with well worked covers of artists ranging from Hendrix, Led Zepp, Kravitz, through to female artists Alanis Morrisette, Tina Turner, Janis Joplin. and have been well recieved in Bars, Clubs and Universities. Recent Open air gigs include the Veg Fest, Vegetarian Society of the UK, in Manchester, The Emi Open Day with Precious and Louise. Promotional gigs for The Marshall Amplification Roadshow with Chris George, Young Guitarist of the Year, and the local radio Stations GWR Roadshow.
