| (Talkin' about Kim Moline) | Length:04:59 | Yes, THAT Kim Moline from Minneapolis! As I prepared to move from there to my new home and career down in warm, sunny Florida (no, I have not retired), I thought, I could send everyone one of those boring ol' change of address cards that eventually end up in the circular file cabinet and then I get 1000 forwarded letters from everyone anyway asking me for my new address...So I decided upon a more memorable and entertaining way to present the information en masse-produce a song and mail everyone the tapes! It seemed to do the trick and the feedback was heartening; usually accompanied by offers to send hotdish in the mail, 'cuz they don't have that in the land of Joe's Stone Crab. I enlisted the aid of my good friend Kurt Nelson (also from Minneapolis and now in Venice, Florida)to bring my idea to fruition and I thank him to the power of 12. Hope you like it. |
