AARDVARK PARTICIPATES IN COLOSSAL PROGROCK PROJECT.
The Finnish Progressive Music Association COLOSSUS has been in contact with progressive bands and artists all around the world and the final line-up of this monster release (a triple CD) is now ready. The project has divided the poems of the Finnish national epic, KALEVALA into 30 parts. Each band participating has chosen one part and will make their music inspired by
it. The songs can be either instrumental or with vocals and all vocals should be in the native language of the band. The final release is planned to be out by the end of 2002 and it will be released by MUSEA for worldwide distribution.
Aardvark has been chosen to contribute to this project with their music based on the 44th rune of Kalevala. The song has been recorded and is currently being mastered by Musea. See http://www.colossus.fi and http://www.musearecords.com/ for more information
