AS SEEN ON FARMCLUB.COM - Such an intense song. Ever break up with someone and you keep seeing them? It's nuts, you want to get back together, or maybe you don't - but either way you're totally confused. This poppy little number (think Weezer plus spoken/rap styles and female vocals) explores such complex issues. |

Ever break-up with someone, then you meet someone who broke up with someone also, and you have a lot in common? This song is all about that. Though, why does it always coincidently work out that both of you are sane and your ex's are crazy? Cool keyboard line on this tune, plus a nice chanted chorus w/ male and female vocals. Emo/New Wave meets rap--very cool. |

Go or stay, crazy decisions and arguments in relationships. Women are crazy, but so are men. This is an acoustic version, and in many ways is better than the original. Nice rapping and cool female vocals. Very Barenaked Ladies-esque. |

All good things come to an end. Nothing ever ends well though, it's odd. Anyhow, for cool synths, guitar tracks, and female vocals mixed with male rapping, check this tune out. Very catchy, very "alternative," very cool. |

Sometimes you meet someone who personifies all the haunting qualities that scarred you in past relationships. This song has an emo/heavier indie rock sound, complete with a unique rap style and awesome female vocals. This is a bit heavier than most Headboard songs, and rocks in the fashion of the Foo Fighters and Jawbreaker. |

This song is about a Straight Edge Girl... no alcohol or drugs, just a good old fashioned crush. Neat spoken rap, witty rhymes, cute female vocals, and a nice feel round out this unreleashed Headboard gem. |

This "pop" version of Everybody Wants Something is a bouncy, "rockin'" number with awesome female vocals, horns, and, of course, a steady rap flow. Very catchy, to say the least. View a live video of this song at http://www.headboard.com/ - check it out! |

Slow, mellow, jam-like - all those annoying characteristics that probably keep you away from bands like Phish. However, the rapping and singing on this song is really cool, and the organs at the end will kick your ass. |

One of those songs about a situation you can't leave, for whatever reason. Friendship, relationship--you're in it and accustomed to it, and can't leave. This song ponders reasons for and against leaving, and has a nice rocking feel with female vocals and a hooky rap. Pretty cool in a Barenaked Ladies-type way, and the female vocals are damn catchy. |

A song about coming to the end of a relationship, and a resolving sense of closure. A very intense and emotional mood, breathy male rapping with powerful female vocals, and excellent acoustic and electric guitar work round out this alt-indie-emo-pop number. |

Love those fruity drinks? Do you have the alcohol tastes and tolerance of a 15 year old girl? Then this song is for you... another unreleased Headboard tune, recorded awhile back--not really like the other more emotional songs, but fun and catchy nonetheless. |

Ever notice how a bad relationship can keep you down? This song is all about those situations where you stick around and you feel like it is a punishment that you're stuck with--but in a good way! Nice moog keyboard line and fast punk feel with spoken/rap vocals and a melodic female part. |

Ever have a hectic day? This song chronicles a day in a busy life, dealing with everything that is thrown at you. Excellent guitar part--nice rap style, similar to late 80's/early 90's style... all in all, a lighthearted Headboard tune with a hybrid direction. |

Love songs. Gotta love 'em? Okay, it's not the Spice Girls, it's not even in the same category as most "oh I'm so happy I have you tunes." The guitar line is hardcore, and the entire song rocks over London, and Chicago. Lots of female rapping/singing on this one, plus some excellent jamming towards the end. Trust me, after reading this I wouldn't want to download it either, but it's worth your time. |
