	Reminiscent of N.W.A's "Fuck Tha Police", War Is Declared is a song that would awaken emotions in anyone who has had run-ins with the police. On Sept 23 1998, CASH was wrongfully arrested at gunpoint by a crack team of armed response unit police officers in a 45 minute siege. Racially motivated, the same police force followed this up a year later with another wrongful arrest in Sept 99', resulting in an ongoing court case of which CASH is suing the hertfoerdshire constabulary for a sum of £2 million for damages resulting from both incidents.Anti- police songs don't come more effective than this, with an insight into the actual events put in a lyrical form.
