	Before the Burn chimes electro-sparks of digital delight. The skeleton is a simple acoustic guitar loop. Added were a midi bass line, fake drums, and some amp modeling-guitar interludes. The loop is years old but the rest was conceived much later.

	A burn can hurt and heal, irritate and elate all at the same time, as proven by this scalding hot rod of glowing iron. The best element of this song, as with most of the other ChemCrib songs, is that not a single "real" instrument was played. The song, along with most of the others, was unperformed by ChemCrib.
