Jalapeno Corn Bread3 cups yellow cornbread mix2 1/2 cups sweet milk3 eggs8 small jalapenos1 large grated onion1/2 cup wesson oil(heated)2 1/2 cups grated cheese1 cup cornMix all ingredients except the cheese. Pour 1/2 of the batter into skillet. Cover with the cheese & then pour remaing 1/2 of the batter over cheese to make a layer in the skillet. Cook @ 375 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. |
