Visitors since 01/01.
In 2001 3secondmemory have been aggressively gigging around Melbourne at venues including The Espy, The Armadale, Revolver and 9th Ward.
They pride themselves on being able to reproduce their recorded music perfectly at any live gig. Live gigs are the lifeblood of the Melbourne music scene.
Here's what Neil Wedd said about our live performance at the Espy recently (to give you an idea of our live shows): 3second memory brought along a huge crowd. They were not disappointed. Very Something For Kate. Great songs from this trio. They have ability, look and sound good and had plenty of support.
Here's what the online music mag 'Rockus' said in May 2000:
Earlier this year, Melbourne trio 3 Second Memory released their debut
self-titled 9-track album. If there was a CD that a local music fan had to
have for their collection, it would probably be this (Then consider that the
band have only been together since late 1999.) Their material shows a mature
element not typical of a debut release. They have managed to produce an
emotion-packed masterpiece that has induced a definite feeling of
satisfaction amongst those fortunate enough to get their hands on it.
Compare them to a more rock Something For Kate. We definitely need more of
those in Australian music.
