Silver Saddle consists of four guys from Lund and Malmö, in the south (where else?!) of Sweden. The line-up is: Marty Silver (vocals, guitar), Charlie Silver (guitar, vocals), Manny Silver (drums, vocals) and Al Silver (bass, vocals).
We are all in our mid twenties and play good-rockin' country music. We get most of our inspiration from bands and artists like Alabama, Alan Jackson, Marty Stuart, Dwight Yoakam, The Long Ryders, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Steve Earle and Jason & The Scorchers just to mention a few. We aim at playing our own material but we also do some covers of songs from the artists mentioned earlier.
We've also played as opening act for Canadian band Blue Rodeo on their visit to Kulturmejeriet in Lund, Sweden.
