"Listen Up !" - "Knowledge through Music"
"Listen Up !" is a group of local musicians from the Northern Virginia area who team up with various Community outreach programs and put on concert events at large venues for the purpose of spreading awareness to youth about important issues.

We have a "Listen Up !" event set for September 27th @ East Coast Cafe` - 13989 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Woodbridge Virginia, 22191 (703-494-5504)
It is an all ages event. Sponsors include: VANS, Hot Topic, Capitol Boardroom, Rally Hardwear, Music City and more. There will be a large raffle at the event to raise money for CRISIS LINK (suicide prevention) & CHILD PROTECTION PARTNERSHIP (child abuse awareness)
VANS is donating free shoes and skate-park passes, Hot Topic is donating gift certificates, Capitol Boardroom is donating a brand new "Monument" Snowboard, Rally Hardwear is donating it's awesome clothing, & Music City is donating a $50 dollar gift certificate to it's retail location. More sponsors are coming. Raffle tickets are $1 and all of the proceeds go to CRISIS LINK & CHILD PROTECTION PARTNERSHIP.
Tickets for this event are $10 for 10 bands.
