Rock Instrumental. I originally intended this song to have a disco like sound or groove to it and before I programmed the drums I had success. But as soon as the drums were put into play it sounded different but in a good way I love the way the drums kind of transition into the riff changes and such especially during the 1st riff change. The original length of this song was about 6 minutes, after the mysterious part I had added a distorted part which was actually WAY too distorted and the sound was heard for anyone to hear so I shaved off the distorted part and cut it down to 4 minutes. The guitar solos I believe took me about 2-3 takes on most of them. I am more of an ear player than technical player so I usually don't think of what scale over what progression I just go with the flow and to what sounds good, overall I think it came out pretty good but give me feedback if you think otherwise. |

Rock Instrumental. I wrote this song after watching Steve Vai's Alien Love Secrets DVD and this song was inspired by "Bad Horsie", keep in mind that inspired isn't meant to be sounds exactly like it. This song actually came together pretty fast to me including the solos, but I did have a little bit of trouble with the drum programming during the middle section, getting it on beat was a little difficult but it still sounds good to me but if it doesn't to you please give me all feedback positive or negative. |

Shred guitar. Joe Satriani inspired type song i'm not really completely happy with the way this came out too much. Pretty short song ...leave any feedback positive or negative. Most people i've talked to really like this song, not one of my personal favorite though. |

Heavy song. This song came to me pretty fast. Started with the drums 1st, didn't realize how easy that made everything. The Guitar solo took me only one take and the riff change kind of took me by surprise so that's why the solo ends kind of goofy. I think it all came together pretty well but feel free to tell me if you think otherwise. |
