Due to a recent change effective April 1 2001 concerning MP3.COM's
Play for Pay policy; stating that we have to PAY for Premium Artist Services
in order to receive Pay for Play funds. The Eleven Mile Band will be pulling all material
concerning The Eleven Mile Band from MP3.COM servers. We should hope to continue our record label
in the real world and not the "virtual" one. To our fans around the world
we say, "We are not disapearing we are only disapearing from MP3.COM(We are not done yet)"
