Spawned straight outta Burnaby BC, Point Five Zero has been spreading their fast paced Pop Punk meets Melodic Hardcore sound and making an impression in the lower mainland's music scene. They have played along the likes of Flip Nixon and Project Wyze to name a few. The band started out under the name 'Public Outcry' in 1999. After various changes in the band lineup, in 2002, the band became serious about the music, penned out the first few Point Five Zero tracks and went into the studio to record the 'Point Five Zero EP'. Since the recording of this demo CD, the band has evolved as musicians and are currently writing up what will eventually become the first Point Five Zero Album which will be released sometime in early 2004.
