Feel free to use these tracks for any and all non-commercial use. Any commercial use requires purchase of the leasing or exclusive rights. Reproduction and distribution of these tracks is strictly prohibited without written permission and legal action will be taken.
*(1) NON-EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS ($150.00): This option allows you to use the track for ONE commercial purpose (album, tv, radio play, live show, etc) only.
*(2) EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS ($500.00): This option allows you to use the track for ANY and ALL of your commercial projects. This option also provides you full rights to the track, therefore it cannot be resold.
*(3) CUSTOM TRACK (E-MAIL FOR PRICES): This option provides you with a track made to your specifications. You provide the specific details (tempo, count, length, ect.) through emailed discussions and I will perform, prepare and produce the track.
*All tracks are shipped C.O.D and are accompanied by a producer agreement that must be signed and returned at the time of delivery.
Sample Producer Agreement
A fully mixed, edited and equalized Master (including but not limited to a final two-track equalized tape copy, CDR or digital audio tape(DAT) shall be delivered.
