Guitarists: i recommend that you listen in headphones. you are to learn the guitar in the right ear. when we get together, i will want to hear your writing style and also try to work with you on a new song to see if we click.
Drummers: learn the drum part as best you can, but add your own touch. the drummer has to have the right feel for the music, so when we get together we will be working on a new song to see if the writing is there.
