Hi there, I'm Iheg!

Iheg is an one man Dark/Ambient-Music project, which is at the moment still not very professional, so please don't expect too much! Well ... the reason why I'm doing this is, that I was always a fan of this ambient, dark, silent and sometimes even beautiful music and I tried to create something similar for myself. I had nothing to loose and now here I am, still a newbie (I think many people could create a song like mine ... regarding it from the technical level), but on the other side I gave it a try and I'm pretty satisfied I did it.

The whole thing began as a friend of mine told me to try to release a song. And I knew he didn't say that just for fun, he somehow gave me courage and in the end I thought what the hell, let's try it! So I tried to create some sounds and tunes at home which were at the beginning of course worse than bad, but somehow I learned at least a tiny bit to create something.
And after some time I had got a bit of knowledge about how to record a song which consisted more than of a single pattern piano-part. Well ... and that's the simple history of this project from the initial idea to today.

Just to mention it: the song "Black Oceans In Dark Silence" was my first challenge to create a song which wasn't so incredibly primitive as all those I made before at home. Well ... don't expect something really professional here, I still have much to learn. But I don't know, I just get a feeling of satisfaction when I listen to this song ... a feeling which makes me think that I've created something acceptable.

I think my music is the ideal thing to listen to at night ... when all friends are gone and all other people in the house are sleeping, when the amusement park has closed its doors and the sky is dark...
It's somehow this feeling of my subtle fears when I'm alone at home and I feel that something strange is going on which I wanted to convert into songs. Of course it's not really that scary at all ... it's ideal to go to sleep, but I think there's a subtle feeling of fear in it ... sometimes ... just subtle ... like my own fear...

I always hope to be able to create some more and better songs as soon as I can, because I'm still learning and experimenting and very, very far away from being a skilled producer!

"Black Oceans In Dark Silence" genre: Dark Ambient/Noise

	This song consists of a calm and dark synthesizer melody in the foreground and the sound of water waves in the background. In my humble opinion it's a good track to relax or to go to sleep.

"Der Funkelnde Kristall Des Todes" genre: Dark Ambient/Noise

	This song begins very calm and relaxing, with a subtle tinkling in the background, like a "Twinkling Crystal Of Death" (that's the translation of the title). But this tinkling will turn into a nightmare about 2:30 minutes before the end of the song! The ending is rather abrupt, that would be the only thing I'd want to change.

"Eine Schlaflose Nacht Im Turmzimmer" genre: Dark Ambient/Noise

	The title means: "A Sleepless Night In The Tower Room". It's an ambient and sometimes dark melody which can be very good to hear in sleepless nights.
