Hello and welcome, I'm one white guy making dub reggae music. I'am always aware that much like white blues players during the 60's blues revival I am making music created by experiences far removed from my own.
Black people throughout the World make some of the deepest and most beautiful music because of the experiences they as a race have undergone,
I feel that music is freedom, and remembering where the true power in that music comes from will bring a truer respect for each and everybody.
I do not intend to lend creedence to my own music by robbing someone elses musical culture, instead I feel that I have something honourable
to offer the world.
For Sufferers everywhere.
Respects to all. Mike.
