Brainwavez is an Atlanta based artist with roots in New York. His style is extremely unique, knowledgeable, unorthodox, and fast. Brainwavez is Dimensional's Gospel Identity (as he calls it) and represents in this genre of music. Many people criticize him being both a Gospel and Secular rap artist, but he knows what his true calling and direction God is using him for music is. His comments on that is, "We all have a calling and mission in life. Everyone has an opinion on what they think you should be and how you should pursue it. If we listen to everyone, many successful people would not be where they are, because only God knows what's best for your life. If you tell everyone what God has called you to do, and how He told you to do it, everyone would have an opinion and why you shouldn't do it this way or at all. Many things that The Lord tells us to do doesn't make since or seems wrong at first, but He knows best, and in the end, it makes sense. The story of Joseph explains this best. He told his brothers about the vision he had and what he was going to be. It was God's will for his life, but EVEN HIS OWN FAMILY tried to stop him, and hated on him for it. Look at where Joseph made it to in the end. Reasons like that is why I choose not to say how God is using me. I will let the world see for themselves so that God may get the GLORY!"
