Since 1996 New York's critically acclaimed lounge combo Voodoo Martini has been performing for swank and sophisiticated audiences in nightclubs and cabarets worldwide.
Their sound combines elements of latin, crime jazz, rock, and lounge to create a dangerous and unique cocktail that both stimulates and titilates the listener. Allways present is their element of dark humour that is consistent through all their songs. This is not instrumental "easy listening" music but songs featuring pulp fiction style lyrics emoted over driving percussion, atmospheric vibes, and razor guitar. The combo pays tribute and draws inspiration from the stylings of the past but has created something new and original.
