Music is such an important thing these days. It can just help us out any time we are in need of something to just calm our hearts down. Whether its turning on Klove on the radio or just visiting your church every other week for that one worship night and just having a blast praising your God! Music just somehow touches us in a way that is so unexpressable. It expresses our feelings each and every time we listen to something. This verse is talking about how in Ancient times there was a King named Saul who would always have little mood swings, and his chocolate would be for one of his servants to go and get this guy named David who would play his harp for Saul. Now it might sound like crazyness for someone to play a harp for you but you have to think, they didn't have cd players and Wave Lab back then to help out with all this Audio advancement stuff. Music wasn't at the touch of a button or at the click of a mouse. They had to have special people with special musical talent to be able to play. David's playing made Saul feel like he just had a tune-up and all his thoughts were in key. Thats kinda how music is today, it has the same power. Every place we go has music and music will be here forever and ever to stay! Its like just such an amazing gift that God has given us to be able to use whenever we want to. | This song has come a long way at FCC. Far enough to make it into one of the youth bands song list. This recording is of a special night at FCC. An all out youth worship night made expecially for worship and prayer. The band Haven was up and worshiping and playing for everyone else to worship and this song was one that was played. Enjoy! |
