Welcome to Vanadium. Vanadium is a high energy
rock band from Nashville, TN. The band consists
of 5 members whose names are Will Sanders,
Jared Grey, Joe Miller, Craig Wilusz, and
Michael West. Will is the lead singer and
has written a lot of the bands material.
Jared plays drums and contributes guitar
work where applicable.Joe plays lead guitar
and contributes material also.Craig is a new
addition to the band on bass. Michael is
also a new addition, contributing backup
vocals and other songwriting essentials.
The core of the band (Will, Joe, Jared) have
been playing together for 3 years, but
the band has been a work in progress since
Will started back in 1995. The name Vanadium
is taken from the periodic table of elements
for the compound that makes steel alloys
stronger when heated a very high temperatures.
Vanadium, the band, thought this appropriate
for a name because of the style of high energy
music that is played. They aim to make rock
music harder and stronger and to raise the
mercury till it explodes!
