From the new CD "Out Of The Shadows", I Want Your Love (track #2) combines an absolutely blistering guitar track (a la Van Halen/Lynch/Meniketti) along with the world-class vocal style that Robert has become known for. Don't be surprised if your speakers are smoking after this one! |

This is the first song on Robert's new cd, Out Of The Shadows. It is a hard driving, melodic rocker complete with a gratiuitous virtuoistic guitar solo. As one of the strongest offerings on the lastest cd, this song is sure to silence any naysayers! |

This power pop song is from the 1997 Regime release, "Straight Thru Your Heart" and features Robert Valdes on lead vocals, among other things...
Regime was Robert's shortlived re-entry in the music biz in the mid 90's. The project never quite got off the ground. However, members of Regime, most notable guitar wiz Rick Hunter, have continued in the music biz in various other projects. |

This song harks back to the good 'ol day of power pop metal. "Cheater" was the first single of Robert's 1986 Enforcer release, "First Strike". Since both Enforcer records are out of print and no longer available, Robert has decided to make this song available. For the old fans, the song will bring back memories. And for the new fans, the song will give them a taste of Robert's earlier works.
There is talk of an Enforcer re-release. Most likely a best of. But both albums are in legal limbo. Until such details can be worked out, we leave you with one and only available Enforcer tune...Enjoy! |
