Slide Groove is the musical colaboration
of drummer / percussionist Ed Goodine
and pedal steel / slide guitarist Charlie
Hase. This original project has evolved
through different configurations since
the spring of 2000. Their music underlines
an awareness of a variety of global
influences, as well as an ability to to portray
color, mood, and emotion to listeners.
Their performances incorporate interwoven
layers of loops recorded live in real time
as a bed for improvisational journeys.
