The backing track for people to download and add their own guitar solo's to. Please, if you do download this, all I ask is that you email me to let me know. And if anyone, however unlikely this is, uses this in any sort of commercial or professional venture, just give me some credit for it.

I needed a solo for the new song my band is working on. So, I created a very basic backing track using Reason and then used Cubase to record and add some guitar tracks to it. I improvised the solo and did this in one take. Although it's not super cleanly played (there are a few mistakes, I know), it's got a nice direction, so I think I'll keep it. Basically, I was aiming to come up with a not-so-fast solo; I wanted to come up with the sort of solo that you can hum along with. I think this does it.
CD: My band wil record a demo very soon; early 2003

This is a very typical song/sound inspired by me playing around with reverb on a kit in Reason. Heavy guitar riffs with nothing particularly interesting, except the thick layered sound. Lots of "chug" and some synth sounds for that Depeche Mode feel.
CD: This will never see the light of day.....erm....it has? Well, not more than it's seen here.   Label: Utter Crap Records. hehe
Credits: Limp Bizkit and all those other bad bands
