	Charles Stokes Urmston, best known by tens of thousands as the leader of Dispatch, has launched a new musical project entitled Flag of the Shiners. FTS has elements reminiscent of Dispatch, but also successfully integrates new themes and ideas to the music. The new EP to be released on November 5 through Fenway Recordings features songs such as "Gunship Politico" and "Margaret Brown," which incorporate a reggae style, alongside "Uncertain" and "Mountain," songs that scream with the intensity of multiple guitars coupled with heavy drums and bass.
