	This is music to help you relax and find some peace. Lie down, close your eyes and let the music wash over and through you, carrying your worries away. This was the first track we recorded. It reflects the childhood of one of our band members, who was brought up in a rural seaside village in Wales. The music follows a stream from its source high in the rolling Welsh hills to a small seaside port. It reflects the changes in mood and character of the stream's surroundings as it makes its peaceful journey.
