"Let the synthesizers speak!"
About the Songs
1. Wish You Were Here - Pink Floyd Cover (Synthesizer Version) 3:59
I have heard several covers of this song, and I am sure a zillion bands have covered it world wide, even in different languages. I have never heard an electronic/synthesizer version of this song. It is just one of those songs that many musicians would not even consider using a synthesizer and a sampler. It is a classic rock song, in which is supposed to involve classic rock band instruments, guitars, bass, and drums... well, not anymore! One thing for sure, NO ONE DOES IT BETTER THAN PINK FLOYD.
2. Im a Star! - Bert Balagot 4:52
I really like the melody and the synthesizer leads in this song, because it is quite simple sounding and catchy. I have always been a big fan of 80s electronic music, and also the current Techno/Electronica genre. I had to make a song that would make you think of the 80's, but yet have a current dance music feel to it at only a 122.5 BPM!
3. Kuma's Playground - Bert Balagot 4:40
Me just playing around in the playground.

I have heard several covers of this song but never a synthesizer version. Used my Roland JX-305 for everything. |
