"Not Fade Away" - Buddy Holly
play "thought it was me" by clicking the pic. this is one of the oldest tunes i have found so far.
    hola
these are all old tunes i saved from fading away on the 8 tracks and cassettes they were found on. i'm hoping they bring a smile, and nothing more. Perhaps you have something similar lurking in your garage. i dunno. i have some links to my poetry pages in the link section, and some pictures in the images section.

a little tune made during the end of the cold war, just about at it's peak, 1983, my attempt at a pop tune that got out of hand about the end nuclear war... again, saved from old tapes and restored here in mp3 glory for er, um... historical purposes...yeah, that's it.

rescued from 'the living room' tapes in a box. Darrel Corbin on bass, wrote the lyrics, and after a half bottle of jose cuervo we decided to try it out loud. this is the first take, the only take... one bass, one chiquita, two drunken 20 year olds... probably recorded around 1979-1980 inmy living room with a single mic.
