Welcome to the pond. ATYPICALFRIDAY is the first CD from Freshwater, a Toronto-based band fronted by Newfoundland singer-songwriter Michael Lake. The sound was dubbed "bittersweet groove-rock" which is like east-coast folk meets classic rock. Stay tuned for details on an upcomimg roots-influenced project.
