All of the beats on this page have vocal samples over them, so they cannot be used at all until you purchase them. This means when you purchase a beat you and you only will have full exclusive rights to that beat and will be the only one with access to the full instrumental.
Every beat on this site is $200 for full exclusive rights and $75 for leasing rights. Once you've purchased the instrumental I will then send you the full wav/mp3 of the beat, the seperate parts of the beat for mixing and mastering, and a signed contract.
 BEAT POLICY
If your interested in purchasing any of these beats just contact me with the beat number and which rights you're wanting to buy and I will e-mail you back. You have 2 buying options:
(1) LEASING RIGHTS ($75 per beat): This allows you to use the beat for only ONE commercial profitable purpose (album, website, radio play, live show, etc.) but I still own the beat. If you buy with this option, the beat will not be taken off the site and more people can continue to buy this beat with leasing or exclusive rights.
(2) FULL EXCLUSIVE ($200 per beat): This beat will be yours, you'll be able to use it for any and all of your projects, you'll own full rights to the beat. If you buy with this option, people will no longer be able to purchase exclusive or leasing rights to that specific beat, and it will be removed from this website.
