About J'Wan Yvette
The best way to define me is "undefinable." Just when you think you know me or what direction I'll go, I'll surprise you. My music reflects my moods - at times it's dark, at times it's sunny but it's always real and from the heart. My sound is R&B-based, but you'll find elements of rock, pop, jazz, and gospel. I mix old-school with new school to create a sound that is distinctly J'Wan Yvette.
My EP Every Breath I Take is now available online. I'm currently working on new material for my full album release, which is anticipated for next fall.
