You may not use these beats for any commercial purpose unless you have licesned/purchased rights to the production. The beats are copywritten and any unauthorized usage will result in legal action.
Deals:
-Licensed Usage-
You can use the beat for one commercial purpose. You will not recieve any pieces of the production other than the final instrumental. You will not have any rights to re-selling the beat for a profit. Optive Productions will still have ownership of the beat, and reserves the right to license the beat to any other customer.
-Exclusive Rights-
You will have complete ownership of the instrumental sent to you, and can do whatever you please with it. We will take the beat down from the page if you request. If you would like to receive each track, drumloop, samples, etc that were used to put the beat together, then the price will rise.
-Package Deals-
If you are interested in licensing or purchasing more than one beat at a time, then one of our package deals will probably interest you. You will save yourself lots of money this way. E-mail for more info.
The standard format of an instrumental is a 10-20 second intro, three 30-40 second verses, three standard hooks (8 bars) in between each verse, and 10-20 seconds fade-out time. This comes out to an average of about 3 to 3 and a half minutes. If you have a specific request for the timing of the track, be sure to let us know.
When a track is purchased, if there has not been much editing to the beat, i.e. beat drops, solo sample rides, or other types of change-ups, this will be done at the time of purchase if requested.

Purchases can be made by money order, or credit card via PayPal. You may request the files in either audio cd or data (.wav) format. Shipping is included in your purchase price. Signed official documents of your confirmed ownership or licensing rights will be sent with each purchase.
