Formado em novembro de 1999, o 16 kcal tem em sua bagagem apenas um cd-demo, todo disponível nesse site.

A banda tem planos de gravar um cd entre o final de 2002 e o começo de 2003.

A banda conta com Bruno (guitarra), Guilherme (bateria), João Paulo (guitarra), Rodrigo (vocal) e Victor (baixo).

Formed in november of 1999, the 16 kcal has only released a demo cd so far. All its tracks are on this website.

The band plans to record a full lenght cd sometime betweend the end of 2002 and the beginning of 2003.
