"'Inspiration Vibe' is a damn good track. Even though it has a strong techno feel to it, it's still organic. It's a nice collection of sounds, and spastic noise spurts. The song has a great dance party vibe that reminds me at least in feel (not at all in actual sound) of early Chilli Peppers and the Beastie Boys on Paul's Boutique.
While the track isn't amazing it is damn good. The very simple bass line carries the song beautifully, and the little guitar riff that pops up captures the vibe of the song perfectly. However, what makes the song really interesting is the little bits of fuzz and distortion that come in and out, making this more than just a mindless party tune. The song gets some depth and dimension from these little background noises."(review of 'The inspiration vibe' by Terence O'Brien, Godsofmusic.com)

"The drum tracks set the pace immediately and effectively held my attention. This work is a touch repetetive but in that good way, the kind of repetetive sound that makes you immediately comfortable. You know what's coming up and feel at ease, or do you? Geoff Baker doesn't take the easy way out in a couple of spots and I found myself loving every minute of this piece. The sound of this song is great. And, I have to give him kudos for a great title, it fits. The bass and the drums dance throughout this song. I imagine that this is what the body motion of the tango would sound like. The whole piece is fluid and spacious, which surprised me. Its hard to build space into sound and do it effectively. Geoff Baker is clearly a fine musician. The only downside to this piece is there is no moment where I said, "wow." And, I don't know that its neccessary to have that kind of moment but I felt set up for it. It just never came. But, that's a minor complaint. Bottom Line; if you love ambient or world music, this is a must listen." ( Review by godsofmusic.com )

"Roadscape" is centered around Mr. Baker's funky slap bass playing. It is very catchy, well played, and quite a delight to listen to. There are also some atmospheric synths and little electronic noises throughout. These extra elements give a modern touch to a dub song that is otherwise rather conservative."(Review by Jimmy Cuadra, Godsofmusic.com)
