If you'd like to use one of my beats on your commercial release, you MUST purchase it from me. Leasing Rights are $35: this allows you to use the beat for ONE commercial release (album, radio, show, etc), but I still own the full rights. You will receive a CD with the beat in .wav and .mp3 format. Exclusive Rights are $70. You'll own the full rights to the beat and may use it for whatever purpose. With purchase of Exclusive Rights I will include the original recordings of each instrument in seperate files for your own mixing and mastering as well as give you my mixed version (.wav and .mp3).
