BUYING BEATS:
All beats found on this MP3 page (Except those that those that say -+"Sold!"+-) are for sale. Contact either Sire or Khamplex if you are interested in purchasing a beat, as prices are often negotiable. The average price for any beat is $50-$200 (Outrageously low). Once a beat is purchased, all download links will be removed from this site, and if requested, the instrumental will be taken off alltogether. Also, the beat will not be sold or leased to anyone.
LEASING BEATS
Certain beats (not all) on this site may have leasing options. A lease ($50) on a beat will give you the right to use the beat for a demo or record. However, with a lease, you do not own exclusive rights, and cannot re-sell the beat or use it commercially. When you lease a beat, we still own it, and reserve the right to sell the it at anytime.
Custom Beats
For custom projects, contact both Khamplex and Sire with the options below. We are very wide-ranged producers who can make any style beat, exclusively to fit your needs. Custom beats have a flat rate of $200, with a $50 deposit. Please hit us up for more info or for any inquiries you may have.
