I am listening to your tracks as I write this so you are getting my unedited opinion! I thought that music like this had gone by the wayside! I'm glad to see that I'm wrong! Like the energy and the emotional feel of the first track (ground zero).Good production values.I am also glad to hear that the vocals are up front in the mix! I hate it when you are asked to listen to a track and, when you do, you cant make out what's being sung! The second track(hit em hard) sounds a bit like Nirvana or Soundgarden if they were a bit more Heavy Metal, of course! It must go down a storm on your Sat. nite gigs! The guitar solo reminds me a bit of Van Halen (God, am I showing MY age!). I hope that all of the references are taken as a compliment because that's how they are meant! Love the start of the third track(sea shores) and it's overall feel in general! THIS is the one to try to get radio airplay with! I bet if you try one of the college stations in your area (that is, if you havent already) they would have no qualms at all about playing it!

Nice tune! Nice drive behind it without being too aggressive. You guys are tight! Love the guitar around 3 on, breaks into a great solo! (Scotti would love it). Mix is great, everything sits well in it- love the way the vocals clarify just at the end, gives the song an edgy feel that is there the whole time but in a muted sense until that point where the voice breaks out, really liked that!

Leeway:- Like the new tune! The wah on the guitar at 1:45 tripped my trigger. Catchy melody line in the chorus. AAAHHHHH! My connection just dropped out at the guitar break......OH YEAH. there it is. SWEET.... Good God Man, how many fingers do you have???!! I Like it, Man! Keep 'um commin'!
(Cliff Houck, Guitar God and Mp3.com artist)

Nice guitar work. I hear a lot of Alice in Chains influence here!!! Very good, melodic vocal track. The bass has a nice tone. Great guitar solo! The change to the bridge is done nicely with the 1-2-3 drum accents. The hook comes in nice and strong. The guitar sound keep getting better and better. Wow! Killer solo toward the ending! Really choice! Your voice really sounds good. Good tune!

I just got finished listening to Wide Awake, and wow, this song is great. It definately sounds like Pearl Jam playing a song with the likes of Guster. Great moving guitar vocals, ripping guitar solo with extremely mellow tones. The guitar moves like rain drifting off the windshield of a slow moving car. Excellent Harmonies and moving lyrics. One of the best songs to be played on my computer. Very impressive!

leeway is definately one of the tightest songs ive heard on the net. i love the direction this group seems to be headed. awesome guitar, dig the playing, leads are tight as hell, good to hear someone let it go with the axe, almost a lost art. the bottom end had a raw groove going on ,me being a bass player myself,i truley appriciated the playing and groove created, not only on this song but i also took a little time to check out some of the others songs.vocals were strong and real with very good presence and everything fed off of each other with drums layin it down.good job.i was pleasantly suprised impressed with this music i just heard.

www.knoxmetalreview.tk review of "Hit em hard" (5/5 stars) -
Based in Pakistan, CorduroyISL is a metal / rock force to be reckoned with. The vocalist is a cross between Pearl Jam and Godsmack. The music could be compared to bands like System Of A Down & New Metallica. I listened to the song "Hit Em Hard" and was totally blown away!! The production is great, The music is great, The vocals are great.... EVERYTHING IS GREAT! If you want to hear some good old fashioned angry metal, Listen to these guys.

Basically, this band is every bit as good a rock band as any you are going to hear on any radio station, all they need is that one break, and if they stick around I know it will come their way! Check them out for yourself.

Listened to "Aas".Is it new? I would have thought I'd remember this track, its totally awesome. Great vox, the guitar is very haunting, and draws the listener in, and keeps you in suspense. Very Sweet.

Wow! Blue chip is a really cool song. Vocalist sounds a bit like eddie vedder, which is never a bad thing In my eyes. I really liked the riff at the end, where the vocals sing along with the guitar. Ground zero - guitarist is ripping! I like the chorus alot, has a great melodic hook. This song has alot of potential! Good work!
    (Lost Art Productions, Mp3.com artist)

WOW!!!!! Nice composistions and your voice is really GOOD. Are you sure your not really Pearl Jam, and just being sneaky?
    (Attack the Wire, Mp3.com artist)

I spun Blue Chip...I really liked it...lots of guitar textures without going off into Guitar Wonderland.
    (Karen Boshart, Mp3.com artis)

Streaming "Ground Zero" now. Man, you are keeping Rock Alive, it's music like this that makes me think of the 80's the good days back when there was good Rock and movies for our enjoyment Still streaming this song so I havent checked out the rest. I enjoy that you are bringing it back.
    (DBRO, Mp3.com artist)

You're Everywhere - The guitar has a lot of change ups in its structure... I like the point in which your voice first comes in, slowly humming over the guitar. The quality of the recording is top notch and all of your instruments / vocals fit in together like pieces to a puzzle. This reminds me a little bit of both Collective Soul and Pearl Jam. You have a very discernable difference between the music in the verses and the music in the chorus, it really brings emphasis to your words very well. There even seems to be a slight peak in dynamics near the chorus which is what I would have recommended to this song. And on a last note, this song kept me completely attentive all the way to the end. I think we've got a winner.
    (Dyne, Mp3.com artist)

I just listened to "Ground Zero". Outstanding! Singer sounds like Eddie Vedder, the lead guitar sounds like Joe Satriani. Really good tune!
    (Gary D.W, Mp3.com artist)

Your Everywhere.....Excellent song....Very nice movement. Sounds like a 12 string going there..Nice touch...I am having to listen in lo fi here at work but all and all Thumbs up!
    (Promyse, Mp3.com artist)

Ground-Zero - It sounds like what might happen if Joe Satriani played with modern-day Metallica!!
    (Mike Bethel, Mp3.com artist)

Ground-Zero - Cool Cult-ish riff. Far-out,Rock n Roll. What a novel concept! Kinda like a driving with the roof down on a Saturday with the boys and some brew looking for some Girls sorta song. I like it.
    (Flesh Factor, Mp3.com artist)

Very good stuff dude! How did you get Eddie Vedder to sing on Blue Chip?? Ground Zero... I think I can describe it as the one with the killer lead in it!
    (Tom Dobson Mp3.com artist)

"Blue Chip" Kind of like Pearl Jam on acid! Very cool!
    (Circle Of Friends, Mp3.com artist)

"Ground-Zero" - Hello, Jimmy Morrison! Do you gargle cement before you sing? Ha! Love it. The lead not only sounds good, but IS good (technically I mean). Cool!!
    (Cam Bastedo, Mp3.com artist)

They have all the guitar rips that would have fit into any '70's band...I love it!!
    (Derrick, www.GreatWhiteNoise.Ca)

Seashores... Instantly likeable tune with a kind of serenity and dreamy feeling that manages to be transcendental yet very personal and warm at the same time…
    (Steve Ison, Mp3.com artist)

    "Goddamned" - Cool arrangement nice groove,kick *** tune!!… Awesome
    (Heydevils - Tonos.com Artist)

'You're Everywhere' - Good effort! It's kind of like listening to... Cold Play and Dave Mathew's Band, with Eddie Vedder stumbling around in the background.
    (David, No-Fun.net)

'Aas'...I can't review along your lines but i love the track and its sounding even better on a 2nd spin-the main chorus bit is beautiful and its got a lovely natural seamless flow that evokes a kind of serenity and peace...very cool track
