Rory Flynn is a 26-year-old Crawley based Songwriter. He has been writing & composing for the past 12 years or so and to date he has written between 250 & 300 songs, in various styles including Rock, Pop & Country. He seems to possess an uncanny ability of being able to come up with catchy almost familiar tunes without being too obvious about his influences, although vocally, it has been said more than once, that he resembles David Bowie. In the summer of 1995 he picked up an acoustic guitar after watching Noel Gallagher perform “Wonderwall” for the very first time on television and learned the basic chords, which allowed him to structure his songs in a more professional manor. Not considering him self to be a musician he is uncomfortable, though not reluctant, with the thought of performing live and given the choice would prefer to write for other artists in the future.
