Giovanni Capitani is 26 years old guitarrist (not a guitar hero - "I'm not trying to save this world") from Porto Alegre, in the south of Brazil.
Influenced by the masters like Jeff Beck, Jimi Hendrix, Satriani and Steve Vai, Capitani's musical purpose reaches everyone. "I'm trying to make music for every kind of listener. Not only for the guitar players as this kind of music usually does".
Catchy melody lines are united with great and basic rock n roll harmonies structures.
Not so fast solos (full of feeling) give a chance for the common listener enjoy the guitar oriented music.

A fast and heavy track with progressive moments. Harmonic Minor melody gives an arabian atmosphere. I hate to describe my songs (it could sound pretensious) but who already listened it tell me it reminds Dream Theater and also Al di Meola ... I don't know. Listen yourself and tell what you think. |

A very groove tune with a 70's moody. You can hear some good J. Hendrix influenced in here. There's some modern influenced too ... Dunno. Listen to the music and help me to find a better description for this song. |

Sound if Jeff Beck or Hendrix meets Vai to compose a song about a little green tomato movie soundtrack. |
