Price ranges go from:
75-150$ that mean you will own the beat it will be all yours i dont have the rights to sell it again or anything when purchase the beat you will receive a receipt with proof that you purchased the beat and a CD of the beat in Mp3 and wav.
Now to lease rights:
Price is 50$
that means you can lease rights to the beat you can put it on radio album etc but i still own the beat which means i can still sell it but even if i do sell it you will still have rights for the song you have done on the beat.
